Refund Policy

Rechallenge (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a brand owned and operated by Radhika Enterprises. We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted.


1. 5-Day Refund Policy

Customers are eligible to request a refund within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product or activation of the service.

Refund requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The service was not delivered as promised
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is provided

3. Non-Refundable Items / Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Services already fully rendered
  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped or the service has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team within 5 days of delivery or service activation
  2. Provide order details and reason for the refund
  3. Return the product (if applicable) in original condition

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.


6. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Original payment method
  • Bank transfer or wallet (if applicable)

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Rechallenge reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
